We do not operate as a matrimonial matchmaker but serve to validate and verify information provided by clients or their families.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years old

• Either the subject of the verification or a close relative (with consent)

• Using the service for lawful matrimonial purposes only

4. Consent

By availing of our services, you:

• Grant us permission to collect, verify, and store personal information

• Confirm that you have obtained consent from the person being verified (if not yourself)

5. Use of Information

All information provided is used solely for verification purposes and is kept confidential. Reports are shared only with the person who ordered the service or their legal representative.

6. Limitations of Service

• We do not guarantee the future conduct of any individual.

• Reports are based on publicly available records, submitted documents, and field verification.

• We are not liable for errors in third-party records.

7. Delivery Timeline

Standard verification reports are delivered within 5–10 working days, depending on the complexity and location. Delays due to incomplete documents or unresponsive parties are not our liability.

8. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payment must be made in full before service initiation.

• Services once rendered are non-refundable.

• If verification cannot be completed due to lack of access or cooperation, a partial refund may be issued (subject to review).

9. Data Privacy

We follow best practices to secure your data. However, Alliance Check is not responsible for unauthorized access due to internet transmission errors or malicious activities beyond our control.

10. Legal Compliance

We operate in accordance with Indian laws, including the IT Act and data protection norms. Any misuse of reports may be subject to legal action.

11. Dispute Resolution
